Top 5 teams all with 3 losses. This one hurts in a possible conf. title chase. Texas needs to be a must win if we want to be conf title players at the end of the season.
I know we are limited, but we didn't run much offense some of the time. How many times did we have some one dribble it into trouble and turn it over? King did it. Or dribble into the lane an maneuver into a difficult shot with a crowd of Baylor players. It comes down to BB IQ and making the smart play. Pav had an open lane then stops, tries to pivot while surrounded only to shoot a turn around fade away. I can go on and on, but when you only score one FG in 8 minutes, there is some wrong with strategy, scheme, and focus.

That defender wasn't there and wasn't even looking when he threw it and just broke that way and looked back. Ill advised and terrible timing for that play for sure, but that play doesn't even come close to mattering if Gilbert wasn't carrying the team for most of the game.
Yep, Gilbert kept us in the game. He showed up. Really, other than him, who had a good first half? King, Ward, and Jones couldn't hit from two feet away. Lipsey was a not factor scoring. None of our bigs could rebound.

The first half was bad, and that was mostly the frontcourt. Guards got the ball in the right places in the first ten minutes, but we couldn't finish. If we had, that zone would have went away a lot faster and then I think we have the advantage, as their man to man is not good. Still fought back and had a chance at the end.
Too many misses in the lane and at the rim.

There wasn't much there even if ISU got to the spots. Baylor's size looked to be a problem and even though you get the shot, it's altered by their ability to harass and negate the look. ISU looked to be in a hurry to get their shots off which throws everything off.
I don't think the team panics but they seem to get impatient at times throughout games.

I just don’t see them in the conference hunt when it all is said and done. And I’m still not convinced Houston doesn’t get sent to Memphis. I really think the Omaha spots are decided in KC this year.
I wasn’t able to watch the game but I feel as if I did from what I’ve read/scene online and feel like sh*t. Can’t imagine how’d I’d feel if I had actually watched it.
My heart is thanking me for not watching.

I thought this game was going to be more winnable than Texas on Tuesday, though. Hope I’m wrong. Would hate to be 0-2 in this away stretch.
Still, 5 way tie for 1st is crazy. A little sickening thinking we were .01 seconds away from being in first outright at 6-2.

I was thinking about Milan’s shot this morning. It was a great shot and play. In fact, it should had counted because the play was so good. I mean, sure, the ball was still in his hands when the clock hit 0.0; however, that is his normal shooting stroke. He always takes that long to shoot the ball. And if you watch other games, other players do the same thing. How dare the officials wipe off such a great shot? It’s a travesty to the game.

I just finished watching the game as I was unable to last night. Crazy is the best word to define it. Excellent inbound play from TJ. I have been pretty critical of his inbounds, that one was good and executed to perfection, just needed .1 more on the clock.
But check this out:
The shot clock was at 0.0, but the stadium clock was at 0.1. Which is easier for Milan to see?
so did anyone else get the feeling Drew was pissed off from the beginning because he now has some kind of beef with TJ and ISU because of Tang-gate?
