Help: no subscribed threads

It use to be that every thread I posted in was automatically added to my subscription list in user CP. For the past week or so it hasn't been working. and I currently don't have any threads in my subscription list. I've checked my setting and it looks like everything is right, but maybe I missed something. Any help?

I've asked Jeremy to look into it.
It could be some glitches from the update the other night.

I had removed all existing subscriptions a week ago due to a bunch of problems with people having subscribed to threads on accident and getting a bunch of emails without wanting them. If a user goes in and subscribes to a thread and/or changes their control panel settings, it should work perfectly has it had in the past.

Do you know have to manually subscribe to threads? It use to be that when you posted it would automatically subscribe the thread. I have a number of threads that I've posted in and a few I started that are not showing up in my subscription list. Is there maybe a setting I'm not seeing?
