He had a nice block on the defensive end. Looked like a play that Cam Lard would make.

lol. He was disappointing, sadly.

I'm straight. Great guy via texting. Great conversationalist. However, as seems to happen often, in person he was not 6'2" (under) and he was not 235 (over). And not as attractive as his photos (I think they were old.)

And here I thought you were going to say something really negative...like he was a Hawkeye fan or something.

Niang, once again, scoring to tie a game in the 4th quarter! :D

This was incredible experience for Georges. Getting rotation minutes in two playoff elimination games. It's hard to predict season to season but right now he is trending up with the Jazz.

I listen to a lot of the games on the radio and the Jazz radio guys are starting to realize the fact that Georges just finds ways to score. Last night one of them said "Georges Niang, in his own unique way, is just a guy who knows how to be in the right places and score".

Georges even did a defensive flop that Marcus Smart would be envious of!

Seriously, he was really hustling on the defensive end. Utah's defensive adjustments last night, especially on Hardin were great. But it was especially fun to see Niang being a force on defense.

He and Monte have both made defensive strides to allow them the key PT they are getting.

I think Georges was mismanaged on their roster. Never seemed like he really got great long term chances. It always seemed like he got relegated to never play and couldn’t prove his worth.

It just seems like he doesn’t show well in practice or something. When he gets opportunities it usually seems like he does well.
