This is an awesome look, especially the helmet! I am completely intrigued on how great that logo goes with the helmets. I really hope that JP sees this and realizes how unique of a look this is for Iowa State.
Every time I come to CF I can't wait to see if there's any additions to this thread. You guys have done some amazing work!
One of the best things about that mock up is that it looks nice and it doesn't look like anyone else. It's unique and classy.

That looks pretty sweet, however, I'm going to get nitpicky again.
Can you show this same pic with the gold pants instead of cardinal. And also, I noticed on your helmet pic from earlier that the funnel is tilted more so that the bottom of the funnel is above the earhole instead of below it like above. However, that might have been a different helmet, with the earhole in a different spot possibly?

Not only is it an actual Cyclone but gives the helmet kind of modern retro look, whatever that means. Great job.
im not sure if the helmet is different or not but the angle of some of these pictures combined with the odd shape of the logo make it hard to guess exactly how it would look in perspective/proportion. i think the biggest factor here is that the cyclone logo would NOT be a mirror image of the right side of the helmet. its going to lay differently around the earhole on the left side of the helmet vs the right side because of the asymmetrical cyclone shape if that makes sense.

The only things I would change to the uniform on the right is keep the grey face mask, and have it be a few shades darker.
Wow. This thread continues to amaze. It would be awesome if JP and the AD took this and ran with it. They're not funky designs, they're not ugly, and pretty much 100% of us like these. I'm not joking when I say I want a set of these on my basement walls.

I lean towards cardinal jersey w/ cardinal pants because it would be very unique. Gold helmet/red jersey/gold pants reminds me of the Sun Devils.
Outsider view that matters not a twit, but that uniform is a nice throwback/traditional look and the helmet is a nice new age counterpoint. I'd put white numbers on the jersey to match the helmet strip. Is this just dreamers here or something being considered? I didn't read the whole thread, obviously.

That green color is terrible.
put us over the top for most bland and boring uniforms ever? the helmet deserves a better uniform than those.
