Moss is an upgrade from any of our WR's. His size alone and ability to separate form Defenders would give Cutler an actual target. Two of the int's in week 7 were Johnny Knox giving up on routes. All of the things you mention are issues, but not constants. Cutler has had time, made good decisions, and we have run the ball. For whatever reason The Bears are the least consistent Offensive team in the league. A true #1 WR IMO helps tremendously.
