As far as I know it is and always will be. Also check out Harpo's. It's just down the street and I think has become the official Kelley's overspill bar for Clone fans.
I think that the KC Cyclone Club still meets there...
put it this way, last time i was in there, (Saturday) they still had Cyride signs on the wall ....
Either way if you are looking to party, the Westport or Plaza areas you can't go wrong.
Also, the Power and Light District, literally right across the street from the Sprint center, has some pretty sweet bars.
There is a piano bar right there that has a great reputation.

It should be. I talked to some of the bartenders when I was in there for the KU game and they are really looking forward to all the ISU fans coming down. They will have ISU mugs for sale too. I know me and a bunch of my friends will be hitting it up a lot over the weekend.
PS. I'd love to hear from people what they think of the Sprint Center as a patron. My firm designed the building, and it's been getting rave reviews - but I'd love to hear from the every day fan. Enjoy Kelly's!!!
I thought it was great. It is the right size for what kansas city needs and it definitely catches your eye.
My favorite part is how when you walk around the concourse, all the "windows" allow you too see directly outside.
I will let you know. OKC was a pretty nice venue last year. Having the arenas right across the street from each other was very nice.
