For an internal promotion here... Four questions (well each 3-5 part), 90 minutes to respond, no face to face interview...

In summary,
1. Of the people in this position, who are you most similar and how, how are you different from others.

2. Greatest challenge, how have you adressed it and overcome, how will it effect you in this new position, how will your strengths help, etc...

3. What are three important leadership values, how do you display them

4. How do you think others, including leadership perceive you...
