Not surprising since his teammate switched, but this is demoralizing. Other than linebacker, the D-line is a main place we can't afford to lose recruits, especially JUCOs. Yikes.

I think it has more to do with them actually watching the games and seeing how bad things are with their eyes. They might want to go somewhere where they can win more than 1-2 games.

I think the most important thing about where you are going to play is knowing who the coach is. At least if I was a kid, I think that would matter the most, playing for a coach I felt comfortable with. If you don't know who it is going to be, you are not going to commit.

Finances are handcuffing us on this. But I think JP sees that new SEZ taking shape and wants all the hype in the world to go with it next August. Given the state of the program and fan sentiment, a new start may really ratchet things up considerably.
