Damn, I was really looking forward to Darien being a Cyclone.
Is this really over something as petty as his feelings being hurt because no one called him about Coach Matt
leaving?

Like Hines says...Return 6 of 8 rotation guys from a top 10 team...I'm terrified

This hurts more for down the road than next year...but anytime you lose a 6'8'' guy with muscle that can shoot the ball it's not a good thing.

I look forward to the development of Abdel Nader. He was playing some good basketball towards the end of the year, and he doesn't get talked about much, but if he improves he could really be a difference maker for us.

2016 as of now

Cooke
Burton
Monte
Thomas

Who knows if Monte will even be here by then if he has a great junior season.

Reality right now: doesn't seem like guys want to play for us, despite recent success.

Really starting to wonder about Fred's NBA intentions.

So did ISU pay for both shoulder operations and the big guy never went to school here?

Does this mean that Williams can play next season? That is not fair. He comes here, gets a year of college paid for, gets a surgery paid for, leaves the team for no reason, and leaves them shorthanded in a critical position. He should have to sit a year like any other transfer.

Can't wait to read the spin about how this is good for ISU.

We now have 4 scholarships, which means we have more room to improve weaknesses and add depth. Yes, losing a player sucks, but we had no idea what we were getting from Williams coming off of shoulder surgery.
