ISU was mentioned as the #3 prediction for the Big 12 this year:

"3. Iowa State will be better than it was the past two years, when it finished one play short of the Big 12 Championship Game. But the Cyclones' swap of Baylor, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M for Texas, Oklahoma and Texas Tech means they will fall short again. By Oct. 14, Iowa State will have played at Iowa, at Texas, at Oklahoma and versus Nebraska."

I can't say I disagree with this, and I find it hard to think we'll make it through that stretch of our schedule without either being out of contention or very very tired....we shall see.

There was also a story on ESPN.com about how the South dominates the North...big surprise there.

I'd say the best statistic in this story is Colorado has lost the last 2 Big XII Championship games by a combined score of 112-6. Wow.
