Iowa repair shops

I realized how hard it is to find a repair shop in Iowa especially if you are new to this place. I am on Marshalltown area now. I've found some list of Iowa auto repair shops but the problem is I don't know which one to pick. Here's some of my choices:

• A & J Body Shop Inc in 812 Washington St Marshalltown
• 5 Season's Auto Rebuilders‎ in 5913 16th Ave SW,Cedar Rapids
• A Plus Automotive in 209 S Jefferson Way,Indianola

There other shops but it seems to be far from my place. i would really appreciate any opinion if anyone here could recommend or had at least tried the shops I posted above.

If you need Body work Wayne Larson in Ames is by far the best.
