I followed others who also got the box and there was definitely more than one version of the boxes.

Overally, I enjoyed it and will probably do it again next year.

I was never overally impressed with the few that I had. Fist City and Anti-Hero were just average. I had one from them call unsessionable that was pretty good. This has been over 5 years ago so maybe they've changed.

I'm not really familiar with Revolution, although I've heard of them. It looks like they have a fairly highly rated line of BA Stouts, which is always welcome.

They have a "Hero" line of NEIPA variants, especially DDH versions.

Hopefully we can see all those here in Iowa.

I tried it at Global Brew in DM, not sure on the taproom.
I think I paid $12 for a 5oz pour at Whiskey River in Cedar Falls when they had it on tap there. I think it's similar at TG taproom.

It was excellent. But I think I like the Morning Latte stout more.... and not sure the cost premium is truly worth it. Nice to try it just once.

Yeah the TW was excellent and sneaky smooth for 17% but the price…ouch. Like you said nice to try once. KBBS was around the same price at the taproom when I tried it, also excellent.
