Good read. When Tennessee was performing their coaching search fiasco, the comments on Tennessee boards often mentioned Haslam in them.

Now I can see why they don't like him.

I don't really get why there's such a steep learning curve for new owners. Hire people who know what they're doing, sign the checks, and stay the **** out of the way. Doesn't seem like it should be that hard.

That's quite a story. It's almost like Haslam is ADHD - he just can't wait for the process to happen. But I think he has the right man in Dorsey, if he just lets him run the operation. Robert Kraft is probably the blueprint for an efficient, successful owner in the NFL.....as mentioned above, hire the right people, stand back, and let them work.
