How in the world do I change my Avatar?

This might be a stupid question but how do I change my avatar? I am in my profile but I only see "Visitors Message" "About Me" "Stats" etc. Nothing about changing my avatar!?

Go to User CP up in the left corner and look for Edit Avatar.

Edit: how did you get the one you have now?

Go to private messages. And on the left side you will see Edit avatar. How I do it anyway.
