I'm aware Johnson was a nobody, and it's because he was undersized coming out of HS. That's why he went to Michigan to prep school where he grew 5 or 6 inches. By the time he was coming out, a lot of schools were recruiting him again but he was already commited to ISU. All of the other schools came in late to the game. He did gain some attention by larger schools but it was wayyyyy too late.

College basketball needs the whole team if you want to be extremely good. Sure you can get by with two guards, but you need rebounders too.

Have you watched ISU basketball the past 3 plus years?
Did WJ even play ball the year before ISU?

I see all the other coaches showing emotions....just asking if anyone knows if he does. I have not, maybe I missed something.

And yes I am as ****** at this coaching as I have been for a while. I supported this coach and hire...but now I see the flaws and things that others dont see here at times.

Not really. McD is a professional. I get the "don't bag on the athletes" thing, but if the boss of your company screwed up, I'm sure you'd tell your wife, "My boss screwed up." It's okay to criticize if the coach is doing a bad job.

Butts in the seats and advertising is worth a lot of money. If this he cannot win now it will turn a lot of people away. A change will need to be made before ISU BB turns into Iowa BB.
