Friday OT - A Real Horror Show

A friend was telling me about how they wanted to do the overnight at the Villesca Murder House, to which I would give a hard pass. But it made me think - what are the weirdest places you have slept? (I mean, PG, obviously.)

Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. Waaaaaaay too many noises in that joint

Bullock Hotel in Deadwood. I just kept picturing gun fights

And my wife refused to sleep in the Stanley after staying the night at the Bullock

Backseat of a Toyota Corolla and somehow on top of a full beer can. Had the worst back spasm after crawling out of there the next morning.

During high school, the cops busted a road party. Anyone without a car scattered like cockroaches. We took off running through the corn fields. I was blotto and after a disoriented half mile, I sat down to "rest". I woke up around 3 am. It was a pitch black moonless night (pre-cell phone, so no flashlight). There was nobody around me and I was still sporting a pretty good buzz.

I ended up walking 3 miles back to town to my car and slept it off.
