Heard last night that they'll be the Super Bowl halftime show this year.

Quite the discussion on Springsteen boards as to which songs he will play that night? "Born to Run" seems obvious...beyond that...who knows?

The Petty halftime show was great last year...as was Prince whatever season he performed! But then again...anything had to be better than the Janet/Justin fiasco!

I'm not a big Tom Petty fan--nor a huge Springsteen fan for that matter. I don't dislike them, I'm just not really into them. I'll agree that the Prince show was great (what's more awesome than Prince singing Purple Rain while standing in purple lighting and actual rain?).

And yes, I'll agree that any of the above are way better than Janet, Justin, Britney and the other crap they had on for a few years there.
