Chicken salad salad w grapes and walnuts is delightful. Grapes add some freshnes and nice crunch from the walnuts. I make a version with turmeric.

When all the while it should be called chicken-mayo-bread-celery-and-maybe-a-few-other-items salad. You are right.
Peas are nasty they should have special locations where demented individuals go to purchase these slimy little bastards. Soup, pot pies, whatever unless it’s split pea soup or pea pot pies leave them out!
Potato salad will enhance constipation.

I should've specified, regular parsley. Italian (flat leaf) parsley is good. It's the regular (curly leaf) stuff that brings absolutely zero flavor IMO.
Watching someone cover their brat with kraut only to take away the whole brat experience with that smell and taste:
I don't know how anyone can eat a brat without sauerkraut.
