It was pretty sweet this year when Pollard-Cael-Bill-GMAC all came out before the Iowa game to hand out McDonalds breakfast! Bill would only give his out to ISU fans but a bunch of ISU fans made a Hawk fan do pushups to get one! I was a lot of fun and it was 6 in the morning!

It was pretty sweet getting handed a McGriddle by Cael while finishing up the face paint... :biggrin:


Also liked the ISU-CU '05 game, walking around the parking lots with a sign that said "The National Weather Service has issued a Cyclone warning" (written with a red sharpie on the back of a ramen noodle box (the 48 package box) I'd lost my voice by the time the game started!

2005 tailgating before the Iowa game. It was 7 in the morning and I saw probably a 40 year old guy carrying 2 pony kegs, 1 on each shoulder.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching a belligerent Nebraska fan be warned not to talk smack anymore. After ignoring the warning, a guy grabbed his hat, threw it on the ground, doused it with lighter fluid and torched it. Classic.

2006 Nebraska game was my favorite tailgate. Something that I can look back at when I am 70 and know I gave it my best.
