My favorite is a bunch of Japanese kids in a communal bath and one kid toots.

The Pepsi ad with Cindy Crawford and the two young kids comes to mind.

Pepsi has had some good ones. There was one they had in the early 2000s that had Britney, Beyoncé and Pink as gladiators that never aired in the US but was aired overseas during the Super Bowl.

This one is the NFL 100th Anniversary one where a bunch of players and former players are attending a party and a football game breaks out. The NFL blocked the link though, apparently.

I love threads like this - some bring back some good memories.

Part of the Super Bowl's allure has been being able to see some new commercials but now you can catch every one online weeks before.
And the quality of these ads has diminished over time. The "golden age" of the SB commercials were in the 80's and 90's IMO

I think a lot of it had to do with the new technology that was able to be used. That, and companies weren't afraid of being more edgy.

Always liked the one (on only) commercial per year that Masterlock used to do.... Showing the gun shot going through the lock in slow motion and it stayed closed. Unfortunately, the price of a 30 second spot got ridiculously high and they could no longer advertise on the Super Bowl anymore.

Im not even sure of the year or the actual girl.... but in my 49 years of existence I think the best one I've ever seen was a Pepsi one. 2 young boys are watching Cindy Crawford drink a cold Pepsi on a hot day. Cindy Crawford is busy reminding and displaying to the television viewers that she is currently the best looking lady on the planet. The boys were oogling obviously. We all assumed it was over Cindy Crawford nope......they wanted the Pepsi.

Man, they don't make them like they use to.
