Directv HR-21 problems

Anyone have issues with their HR21 slowing down substantially? Mine has all of a sudden become very unresponsive in the last couple days.

Tips?

I had the same issue within the last 2 days.
Tried to reset it, and had to unplug it to get it straightened out.
