No reason too, neither is ranked playing a sloppy/poor football game...

that and the rights were owned by another network. ESPN doesn't like people to know that sports can be seen on other channels unless they absolutely have to.

Not sure why any ISU or Iowa fan would want highlights of that game to be shown on sportscenter. That was a terrible game. We won 9 to 6 for goodness sake.

Other than Knott's pick I can't think of too many Sportscenter worthy highlights.

The only reason the ISU @ Iowa game would have highlights or mention is if they wanted to drive home how bad the Big 10 is again. ESPN has paid a lot of money to the Big 10 so they need to prop them up as much as possible. They will not show how bad the Big 10 is.

I saw no coverage from ESPN, but I understand why. I rewatched the game this morning, it consisted only of the first drive of the game and the final defensive stand. DVR through all that football and it becomes readily apparent as to how boring tat game actually was.

ESPN only cares about the SEC,Texas,Oklahoma, the golden domers of South Bend,USC and maybe about five others, they could care less about Iowa or ISU,unless a Rhoads post game speech goes viral.

"Highlights" on ESPN?! C'mon people, this is the same network that thinks Lou Holtz's "gargled 'S'" sounds are worth viewers and monty in the bank.

actually, they are not showing anything Texas and it is ticking off their fan base. ESPN thinks that if they can limit coverage and highlights, it will force fans to put more pressure on the providers to get the Longhorn Network.
