Dallas area engineers

I know there are a number of CFers who claim the DFW area as home. I am assuming that some of you are in the engineering field. I am a civil engineer and I recently fell victim to the tough economy. I figured I would attempt to network via this site for a couple of reasons… 1) to see if any other CEs know of any open opportunities in the area (even if you don’t live here maybe you have a contact here) and 2) just out of curiosity for other DFW CF members. If you know of anything please let me know. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any info.

I haven't used it so I'm no expert, but I believe LinkedIn is also a professional networking site that might get you a lead. It is like Facebook but with less social aspects and more professional uses. Check it out.
