So, right after the Big 12 Championship game, I do what I have done historically - order the championship hat from Cy's. I realized this morning that I had yet to receive the order and contacted them about it. I received the following email:

Well, you can believe I am pretty upset with Cy's. Not only did they cancel something I had to have been one of the first to order, but they never informed me of this. So.....does anyone have recommendations on where I can purchase ISU stuff going forward? I am certainly not using Cy's again.
