Just wondering when the details of the contract will be available for us common folk to view. I assume not at least until the press conference tomorrow. I saw it was 5 years at $1.5 million base, but I really want to see what all the incentives entail, and the buyouts -- hope they made them good sized this time.

$1.5 million base is good on the ISU end, while still being a good improvement for Prohm. Everybody wins. I'm also curious to see what extras will be coming into play.

Exactly. Jamie filled one of the requirements he talks about, a salary within the ISU budget. A successful coach, young, enthusiastic, coaches up-tempo and with a future.

Leath got a coach that can pay dividends. Win, run, score, fill Hilton, capture the attention of the press and fans and earn salary incentives as ISU cashes in.

i am sure it is set up so making the tourney this year will not pay as much as making it in other years. there needs to be a balance between ISU knowing we'll make the tournament yet allowing prohm to take "some credit" when we make it.

Sounds reasonable, but my guess is that the incentives are the same for tourney this year than the following years. Still, Prohm will really only have one year where he can't take full credit for a tourney run. He basically has nobody back in 2016 - 2017 (assuming Morris goes pro early) to build off. 4 starters (Morris, McKay, Niang and Long) will be gone. If we're back in the tourney in 2016 - 2017, and he's our coach, he'll deserve a ton of credit for bringing in some recruits and leading us there. Would be awesome to keep this NCAA streak alive!

I'm sure a huge pay day for winning the big 12 regular season. Nice check for winning the big 12 tourney. And most likely a very big bonus for a final 4 run

It may take up to a month for the contract to be made available, but hoping it's in the 1-2 week range.
