His legs might be skinnier than mine, and that's saying something

Def a big risk but huge reward type player.. won’t even need him for 18 months at earliest so if he gets his legs back to pre injury by then he could be absolute steal.

Yeah if he could be on the Jok plan that would be great. Hopefully a better athlete than Jok though.

Is he any thinner than our recruit that decommitted/bolted late in the process last year?

3 inches Taller and about the same build. Not much difference in weight from what I can tell.

247 has Leech as 6-5 and 170.

Some time at 100% health to get back into the weight room would do that wonders.

CBR has McNeill at 6-3 and 175.

Cal has him at the same.

I could not care less about how much bulk/muscle a basketball recruit has. Have you guys seen most elite NBA guys not named LeBron? They're all super skinny.
Basketball players body's are, more often than not, long as ****. Mercedus' body is a perfect build to allow for good muscle to be built for basketball, once he gets into a solid weight and nutrition program.

Legs being skinny is the least surprising thing, given all of the recent injuries and time he's had to stay off of them. If it's being strong enough people are worried about, I would wait a bit before jumping to conclusions. Hell, Haliburton put on 10 pounds of muscle already! haha
