I'm sitting on 11 credits for next Spring right now. Advisor told me to try and get a 300+ level class but that's about all she gave me. Is there any easy, fun, or interesting 300+ level classes that you guys would suggest taking?

Music 304, History of Rock and Roll.
Rock 'n' Roll from the mid 1950s through the 1990s, focusing on the development of rock styles from its roots in blues, folk, country, and pop. Expansion of listening experience through study of song forms, musical instruments of rock, and the socio-political significance of song lyrics. Examinations, research paper or in class presentation required.

Did it have a research paper or class presentation?

Who did you take it with?

Don't remember his name, but you can take it online if you want too. Basically there's a small paper (2 pages) due every two weeks and a 20 point quiz every two weeks (alternating with the paper). You talk about third world countries and the struggles with food resources and problems of malnutrition.

I've found that a lot of athletes take this class too, so you know it's not difficult. Luckily it counted toward my agronomy major.

Music 304 is a ***** unless you're really into music. And you had to do either a 5-7 page paper (with crappy subjects to choose from) or a group project.
