Who know's weather it's completely true or not, but one of the many perks of getting your hair cut at Monty's was the history lessons you would receive. The folklore around Chuck Jean was very much alive when I went to school and that was the late 80's. Not a guy you wanted to upset, lol.

I think that for sure. Although I was in school then and anyone with any sense at all was scared of these crazy ***** we had on the wrestling squad and that include the "Golden Boy" Dan Gable. Some of the brawls and bar fights would have gotten guys tossed in a hurry today.
