This seems to be the latest revenue source for many sports venues. I bought one at the new Busch stadium. I know the Cubs are doing the same thing. Has there been any talk of doing this at Trice or Hilton to help bring in some extra cash. That and selling Hilton seats as a pair. All stadiums replacing seats also does this. Maybe someone can forward on the idea to someone that can do something with it. Assuming it hasn't been discussed already. Just doing my part to improve ISU athletics.

I suggested this last fall to the Athletic Department, so maybe that is part of their fund raising agenda. I was hoping the new buildings would be brick too, but that doesn't appear to be in the books.

Heck I would donate $250-$500 bucks to have my family name engraved with ISU athletics forever!

I know most of you would too.

I wonder if JP will sell the rights to the field or court to big name company. Any ideas of who it could be?

I would really love to see Wells Fargo (red n gold) with ISU (cardinal n gold). Too bad JP wasn't here b/f WF decided to build the new arena. That could have been our

wishful thinking.

I hope they don't sell the naming rights to the bball court. Texas Tech just looks bush league with all the advertisements on their court. I know we need to find revenue streams, but this would be one I'm not in favor of. The bball court should be named after Pete Taylor, Johnny Orr or Gary Thompson.
