3-0 in the 3rd quarter. Crucial 3rd down, Carson Brown in the game for Noel and makes a huge catch. Next play Jackson hits the big play to set up the Higgins touchdown. The offense wasn't exactly pretty up until that point.

Not Mouser’s finest game in terms of play sequencing and personnel/substitutions.

Carson Brown #32 looked comfortable out there, and that was a critical third down catch he made.

All I know about him is he was like Dowling's best player almost as a senior, had a big senior year for them and no scholarship offers. He may be a good one.

But that begs me to ask, what's up with Beni Ngoyi? Eli Green? Maybe they just like Carson Brown better at this point, will be interesting to see.

Ngoyi plays, he's Higgins backup

Yeah don't think we're going to be running reverses and tunnel screens to Brahmer. Sentiment is correct, find a way to get him the ball but Bowers is a completely different animal.

I remember a video tweet about him, 3-4 weeks ago. He had made a great catch (I think one-handed) in practice. The coaches were pretty high on him.

Seeing him in the game today, in a clutch situation, and him making a perfect route and catch is big. It shows the coaches like what he can do and have confidence in him.
