I wonder what the prescriptions were - if they were painkillers or something it could get really hairy.

If I were a betting man, I would bet that most USDA employees in Ames are fine, upstanding, hard-working citizens and these are just a few bad apples in the bunch and if anyone cared about good press, it would swamp this bad press. IMO.

Allegedley Barry Bonds was one of the customers. Would help to explain why his head grew to the size of an elephant head in such a short time. :jimlad:

Yeah, just for the record, Ames Lab is operated by the department of Energy- not Agriculture. The primary ag lab in Ames is over by the 13th st exit and they have had ongoing issues.

If we want to get technical, there are a couple labs over by the 13th street, one operated by the ARS and another by APHIS.
