Is it just me, or when you bet on a game it is kind of hard to watch and enjoy....

You get so hung up on wether you are going to win your bet or not, you can not enjoy all the game.

I'm sitting here right now watching 3 games all at once (got a great set up) hoping that both the OutBack Bowl, and Capital One Bowl stay under 58.5.... and then the Cotton Bowl hoping Missouri will cover 3.5 points....

God forbid I lose then I'm in a crappy mood, because I lost those FREE credits....

HAPPY NEW YEAR........:skeptical:

The only thing that can make this bowl season remotely insteresting is betting on it.

I agree, the only reason I have followed those early snoozer bowl is because I was trying to get back out of the hole.

What was tough was betting on Albany to beat the spread against Iowa State and then taking the halftime line for Iowa State to cover. Wanted them to score a lot of points, then I wanted them to give up points. That was very frustrating.

Which it seems like you did a very good job of.

I've discovered this past week that I'm a lot bigger of a college hoops fan than college football unless ISU is involved. I'll watch any college hoops matchup between good teams. With football, I just get bored.

See, I'm exactly the opposite. I'd rather watch Houston play UTEP in football during the regular season than Duke play UNC in the NCAA tournament in basketball.

I would rather watch UTEP against Houston play football than watch UNC take on Duke in the regular season but I really like watching Marching Madness. Other than watching ISU play thats when I start watching NCAA basketball

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather watch march madness than anything else that's on TV at that time. I think that's part of what makes it great. You plop the NCAA basketball tournament right in the middle of the NFL season, with College Football, hockey and the NBA all going, and it's not nearly as big of a deal. Put it on in March, when there's nothing but the NBA and hockey on, and it's a much bigger deal.

I'm totally the opposite, makes it more exciting watching when I've got something riding on it. I do make some awful picks based on who I want to win, but that still makes it fun.
