And if she goes to OSU she is stepping into a situation pretty similar. Whole team just left.Fairly obvious there was high dissatisfaction with the staff given the mass exodus and money is a secondary factor for the exodus.

Also be prepared for home crowds a 1/3 of the size you used to play in front of.Audi, if you transfer in conference be prepared for reactions.....
…..and they are restocking with better players than what ISU is with a presumed lame duck. And if she goes to OSU she is stepping into a situation pretty similar. Whole team just left.
She was the reason the other big 2 left.

McGill isn’t a winning player. Only cares about getting paid and her individual stats. Will be right back in the portal after next season.Nah, check the list of who Hoyt has brought in including Ndiaye:

I'll respectfully disagree with this statement. ISU fans are a forgiving bunch once you're off the internet. If she had stayed she would have been known for her scoring and great personality on a group of teams that never quite reached their potential. Jersey would have been hung and time would have whitewashed away the true underachieving of the teams and her lack of defensive effort.Sure, i'm just saying that by the time that she did any chance of a 'legacy' by staying here was pretty much gone anyway.
I thought the decision for Audi was either give up some money while establishing a legacy for life in her home state and (likely) having endorsement deals for life OR chase a big bag. Either way, good for her.
Looks like she may get neither, because there is no shot in hell Oklahoma State is paying her what she thought she’d be making.
Just because they are talented players, doesn’t mean the players will click and be a really good team. Seems like that has played out somewhere before………Nah, check the list of who Hoyt has brought in including Ndiaye:

Might not be a endorsement and I have no idea on her major, but a personal banking assistant job at her initial NIL Northwestern Bank (?) or a customer service rep at Kemna would be easy reaches. Some type of job at Fareway in corporate wouldn't have been a stretch at all. Plus any ISU WBB booster that needed a office manager type person for their business. Some type of fundraising job at the ISU foundation. Maybe not a ad a yr free money job, but she certainly wouldn't have to work real hard to get hired in Iowa. What kinds of endorsement deals does someone get for life in Iowa?
Does anyone know what Hy-Vee pays for a commercial spot and do they continue to bring in quasi-popular athletes throughout their lives?
Damn, now she’ll never land that coveted and highly competitive customer service rep gig.Might not be a endorsement and I have no idea on her major, but a personal banking assistant job at her initial NIL Northwestern Bank (?) or a customer service rep at Kemna would be easy reaches. Your being obtuse, we will see if she gets the big NIL bag. She more than likely left the behind any chance of the ex athlete gets a cushy job for showing up gig when she transferred out.Damn, now she’ll never land that coveted and highly competitive customer service rep gig.
How is customer service rep or personal banking assistant a cushy job? Those are just jobs.Your being obtuse, we will see if she gets the big NIL bag. She more than likely left the behind any chance of the ex athlete gets a cushy job for showing up gig when she transferred out.
Winners aren’t going to accept a post that refuses to play D. She’s going to end up with a team of players that just wanted to get paid. I think the only exception would be dropping down to a mid major where they had a ready made team of less talented players where the team was greater than the sum of the individual pieces. We all know that isn’t happening.Just because they are talented players, doesn’t mean the players will click and be a really good team. Seems like that has played out somewhere before………

Get a $500k NIL deal, or an entry level job in Iowa making less than $50k a year?Might not be a endorsement and I have no idea on her major, but a personal banking assistant job at her initial NIL Northwestern Bank (?) or a customer service rep at Kemna would be easy reaches. Agree. I really think a lot of fans over estimate the value of “legacy” especially at ISU. A 500k raise for one year probably would cover more than the loss of legacy. So how is All Time Leading Scorer Ashley Joens doing cashing in on her Cyclone career?
