I keep telling my step-daughter she is missing out by not going to home ASU basketball games.

I wish I could agree. Don't get me wrong, I love that there is a P5 school down the street, but that place has zero energy, even with the Curtain of Doom. At the Utah game last year, Utah was ranked 9th (I believe) and it felt like I was at an opera.

Hurley might be able to pump some juice into the place, but it's a far cry from what I'm used to.

The Phelps curtain was pretty sweet, though. I had tix...should have went.

To anyone that was at the game: Did ASU student section do this yesterday? I don't remember seeing anything on the comprehensive quality camera angles of ESPN+. Thought it was hilarious when I'd seen it in years past, almost rivaled BYU's background as far as distracting a free throw shooter.

They definitely talked about it and showed it on KG shooting free throws as he missed a free throw and then made a free throw. 9:56 in the second half I believe.
