Our group is going to the KU game in Arrowhead and we were thinking about taking an uber or lift to and from the game back to our hotel. Obviously getting to the game is easy, but I was curious if anyone had experience with getting an uber or lift after a chiefs game? There was a KC Star article from a couple years ago that mentioned it was a gong show, but wanted to see if it had improved. Also, realize there will be a big difference between leaving a Chiefs game and this game so should be less of an ordeal I would assume. Any one have any thoughts or experience that they can share?

Our group is thinking about this as well. One buddy is a big Chiefs fan so I trust his judgment, but I also want to be sure we’re not getting stranded.

I live in kc and the few times ive ubered out, its been horrible because of traffic. Usually try to set the pick up location on the otherside of the bridge and walk towards it.... However, this shouldnt be as crowded so maybe not bad??

I'd be surprised if there's more than 50% of a typical Chiefs crowd for our game.

There is a street called E Red Coat Dr that kind of goes to right field foul pole at Kauffman. That usually is blocked off after Chiefs games. One of the games we walked that under the interstate to a hotel parking lot and hitched a ride there.
