I am amazed at how much video technology has improved within the past 5-6 years. My wife and I bought a new camcorder about then and HD ones were about $500-600. Now, you can get them so cheap.

No, just some guy who apparently does this as a hobby. If you go to the youtube.com site from the link, he has some other vids there too. I'm not sure if he is a student, past student, faculty or what.
