The most obvious fact is that JFK died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. The most ridiculous fallacy is the single bullet "theory" and it's origins.

The next most obvious likelihood in MY understanding of the tragedy is that LHO was indeed a patsy, closely followed by the obvious assumption the Jack Ruby was an eraser. LHO MAY or MAY NOT have fired the only bullet(s), but he most definitely was groomed as a patsy.

The scope of my stance starts and stops at LHO being the sole shooter. Motives are beyond this scope.

Completely disagree that the single bullet theory is a fallacy. When actual seating positions and the timing of events visible in Zapruder film are combined, a single shot is entirely plausible; modeling has shown them to be in a straight line, including the alleged firing position of LHO.

I can’t remember… some government class 25 or so years ago, and it was the entire premise. We were doing a mock trial of sorts.
He taught history at Drake including the topic at hand and his conclusion that there was no conspiracy. I didn't take the class but heard about it.

The House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded JFK's death was the outcome of what was most likely a conspiracy.

Warren Commission said no conspiracy.

As to the American public, a recent Gallup poll found that about two-thirds of U.S. adults think Oswald worked in concert with others to kill the president.

Toss up.

All I can say is there was much more involved that what the government narrative and explanation is.

I am not going to claim I have any real idea what the truth is or what really all happened.

But I believe there was more involved than was made public. There are just too many inconsistencies with the given narrative.

Dealey Plaza is a weird area for acoustics. Sound bounces around.

Weak ass conclusion from that group.

"In terms of scientific evidence, the HSCA acknowledged that the existence of a second shooter was only supported by this acoustic analysis"

And

"Although there has been some recent back-and-forth between different researchers, the HSCA's acoustic analysis is widely considered to be discredited"

Guys, our government has never lied to the public. And they've never done anything bad. JFK was killed by a lone assassin. The Warren Commission did an investigation and put out a book. Stop being crazy conspiracy theorists!!

I am familiar with the claim, and the rightful skepticism in regards. From the link you provided editorial review:

“ There are some tough to square aspects of Landis’s account: he did not log the bullet into evidence, mention it in his report, or tell anyone about it for decades. The recreation of the fatal day is vivid, but Landis’s claims require further investigation.”
