I believe Steve also almost won the job in camp for the rams.

This. Donte Stallworth and Leonard Little notwithstanding, I can't see him ever playing in the NFL again. Even if he somehow doesn't do prison time.

That's just wanton disregard for the law. Going that fast while drunk? Not much different than randomly shooting a gun into a crowded area. Causing harm is a reasonable expectation of acting in that manner.
