2 Tickets for Texas Tech

I have 2 tickets available for the ISU vs. Texas Tech Football game. Located on the east side of the stadium, section 24, row 10, seats 17 & 18. These seats are basically on the 50 yard line, end seats on the 10th row. Face value of $36.43. Would take $40 for the pair. Will also include parking pass for lot C6. That is both tickets for $40 with a parking pass. Total face value is $72.86 for both tickets. This is a good deal for great seats. I would like to go but am unable to attend.
