Worst city in Iowa?
My opinion but this isn’t unique to Iowa, small towns everywhere are hurting. I actually think because of the agriculture in Iowa, small towns are doing better here than many parts of the country. -
Best towns in Iowa
I really like some of the small towns in NE Iowa. Waukon, Lansing, Decorah, Manchester, Osage all come to mind as nice small towns. Ames and IC are in a class of their own and it really isn't fair to compare them to others within the state. -

Also The worst in Iowa is Fort Dodge. I know a lot of great people from Fort Dodge and Fort Dodge area. Lived with two guys who went to hs at FDSH. I had always thought they were exaggerating some of the stories I'd heard, and it was maybe a reputation thing. Then I worked om FD for a year... -

Edina is despised by anyone who is not from there in MN because of the amount of wealth. A lot of the executives of the fortune 500 companies in the twin cities live there. And I have to say of the people I have met from Edina, the cake-eater nickname fits. They are not very grounded, I'll say... -

Gibson to rutgers. Which is fine, I don't think he is near as good of a prospect as his hs teammates. He is a lot more physically mature than his HS counterparts. -

I think it has more to do with Cody Merill (#1 ranked HWT, #2 pound for pound) coming in to okie st next year. But he probably wasn't going to say that. -

2024-2025 Recruiting Thread
Didn’t wrestle nationally last year after doing the full circuit the previous year. He fell a bit in the national rankings after losing to Harper at state in 2023. He had dominated Harper a couple of times prior to that. -
