    Tony Altimore was the source of graphs and scoring. Depressed Ginger was commenting on Altimore's "research." He questioned Altimore's evaluation of Stanford and Cal, so I have to give him a little credit. Overall, however, it was pretty lame.

    One unexpected outcome of this case is the geolocating firm is apparently no longer cooperating with the prosecutors. All I can think of is the firm had serious doubts of the legality of the State's actions and believed its cooperation would subject it to civil liability.

    According to a Google search, the truck stop is closed between 10 PM and 5 AM, so 16 minutes would be a long time to be just sitting there. If someone followed him there there should be video of that. Otherwise, something could have happened elsewhere.

    I think one interesting theory is the Power Conferences must have more than 50% of the FBS in order to control the football playoff scheme after 2026. As of 2024, there will be 134 FBS teams. To maintain control, the Power Conferences would need 68 teams. This assumes no additional FCS...

    Would you mind providing a source for this Iowa vs Michigan student support? I did a quick Google search and it stated University of Michigan's per student state support was over $13,000 and the average was $7,141 for the 2019 fiscal year. Didn't see a figure for Michigan State. Thanks.
