    Greatest "B" side recordings ever

Early Weezer was the tail end of the b-side era. Susanne was the b-side to Undone (The Sweater Song). The soaring doo wop vocals and grungy rhythm guitar were as tight as anything on the Blue Album and the lyrics tell a great story from the days just before the band broke. One of the best...

    Salvage title question

I'm a bit confused. Did you have it totalled out and repaired through your insurance company? If you just repaired the vehicle it wouldn't be on a salvage title. Maybe that's to be assumed?

What music are you listening to right now?

Sort of similar for me. I bought the album brand new in high school. It's Good To Be King and You Don't Know How It Feels we're solid hits and I love the driving drum beats of You Wreck Me and Higher Place. Purely by chance I popped the album in my car in 2010 right after my grandma passed...

    Missing NW Iowa Men

Being relatively familiar with those roads it was clear most reporters never looked at a map. Most of the descriptions didn't make logical sense at all.

    Ed Podolak stepping aside

Nostalgia for the 90's and 00's

A lot of super great stuff here. Feels upon feels on every page. Haven't seen it yet, but one thing miss at 10 years old is needing nothing more than one of these, a buddy and a patch of grass.

Nostalgia for the 90's and 00's

My friend and I exclusively played that game by selecting Daytona and driving backwards with the goal of wrecking Dale Earnhardt, who seemed indestructible relative to all other drivers in game. This unofficial game mode did not age well.

    In Memoriam: Ames Business/Restaurants

Pour Some Sugar On Me was released as many years after Smoke On The Water as Eminem's Without Me was released after PSSOM. I was really hoping it would work with Baby Bash's Cyclone to keep it super football relevant, but alas that was 2007.

    Bridge Collapses in Baltimore

For sure, I get it. I was just making light of the fact that there was a pretty funny comment, then an immediate snap back to reality when the gravity of the situation returns. Like the feel good 'I Want It That Way' open on Brooklyn 99 stopped dead by 'Number 5 killed my brother'.

    In Memoriam: Ames Business/Restaurants

What I meant was whether or not it was better was irrelevant. Late night munchies and the people I was with made it special.

    In Memoriam: Ames Business/Restaurants

I was not only working, but the sole delivery driver the night of the VEISHEA riot. I was also working there when the family that owned it closed it for good. Solid memories of all the people I worked with. Super fun job.

    In Memoriam: Ames Business/Restaurants

I worked at DaVinci's when I was in school. Garlic cheese rolls with marinara was a money side. The five cheese pizza and cheesesteak sandwiches were memorable too. Also miss Flying Burrito next to the old Kum & Go on the Sheldon corner. The food wasn't better than it's contemporaries, but...
