    I'm looking to put in vinyl plank flooring, but not sure I want to try & install it myself. Does anybody have any recommendations for a person/company that would install them for a reasonable price, and still do a good job?

    Just wondering if anybody on here has tried the p90x workout. If so, what are the pros & cons of this program? Also, what equipment is all necessary in order to be able to do it? I'm thinking of trying it, but want to hear some input first.

    Pick up basketball in Des Moines

    Does anybody know a good place in Des Moines where you can get into some pick up basketball games? I assume I would have to join a club somewhere, but I'm trying to find the best place. I've heard some places have games, but they are hard to get into. Any suggestions from anybody?

    Rahshon Clark's dunk

    Can anybody find a link to Rahshons Clark's dunk vs. Virginia about 4 or 5 years back that made the #1 play on Sportscenter's top ten? I was looking to see if I could find that play, but couldn't. That play always gets me pumped for basketball season.

    Does anybody know of any good places to live around the West Des Moines area? I would like to find a duplex/townhouse to rent, but would be willing to look at apartments too.
