Wow, Oklahoma down to their last strike and hit a 2 run homer to tie it in the 7th. Was the 9th place hitter too.

OKC also does a great job - the city gets behind it and they draw crowds. It's similar to KC for the Big 12 tournament - someone else has to put up, or everyone needs to shut up and accept we have the best venue already for it.
Admit they do an excellent job, but home field advantage is outrageous for a major sport.

Top three softball seating capacity stadiums look like Devon Park at 13,000, Love's Field (Oklahoma's actual home stadium) at 4,200 and Rhodes Stadium (University of Alabama) at 3,940. Where are they going to move the WCWS?

Maybe if the MLB goes all in on subsidizing the Athletes Unlimited Softball League by financing a few $50M softball stadiums then they could move the WCWS around. I won't hold my breath on it.

We can't even get owners to pay for their own new stadiums or even put out competitive rosters; There's no chance they are building softball stadiums.
