Harris likely has another reason, but out of curiosity for people who may know.. does Memphis have a lot more Covid cases than Ames?

The county Memphis is in has 4225 cases and 85 deaths, while Story county has 80 cases and 1 death.

. . . and, somehow, COVID-19.

^ These would be the obvious reasons. (he may have others too)
Memphis got a commitment from Nolley the day after Harris announced his transfer opining up the scholly so the timing is obvious. There was also some Memphis reporters thinking that the school would support Harris's waiver request to the NCAA.
PSU was rumored to help Bolton's waiver process too, and that worked. Guess that is the basis for the optimism.
