Hear me out here. Obviously the clones and hawks are going to get in but Drake is in first place in the MVC and playing well and after watching UNI the last few games they are peaking at the right time now too. Just beat the other team in first place in the MVC (Missouri State) by 20 @ Mo state last night. It will just take Drake or UNI to win Arch Madness and there are 3 teams in.

What’s the all time record for total wins in a season between the 4 D1 schools in Iowa? I’d imagine this season has to be up there.

So holding Mo state to 12 points less then their prior lowest scoring game makes you think they cant get stops and scoring 46 points in the 2nd half makes you think they cant score? Ok?

One game sample sizes are the best

Last FIVE games of offense...71,77,77,73,63
On D trending lower and lower allowed scoreing...64,58,43 last 3 games in order

You left out the 79 and 83 on the last 5 defense. I watched UNI last night and they looked great but they aren't going to make the tourney. Green doesn't have the help he needs and Phyfe going down was bigger than most people realize. They're just not good on either end of the court

Could only find records back to 1954 for all 4 teams.

The total win record for all 4 teams in one year is 87 (ISU-25, UI-22, UNI-31, DU-9) in 2015.

Since each season has different amounts of games played due to tournaments and such I think that winning percentage would be a better metric to which is the best season for all 4 teams is determined. The best season combined for all 4 teams based on winning percentage is 1961 at .698% (ISU: 14-11 .560, UI: 18-6 .750, UNI: 16-5 .762, DU: 19-7 .731)

For comparison this year all 4 teams combined are at 73 (ISU-19, UI-20, UNI-13, DU-21) total wins and a winning percentage of .676, which would be second behind 1961 for highest winning percentage.

Wins-
2015- 87
2013- 84
2012- 79
2014- 79
2016- 75
2005- 74
1996- 73
2019- 73

Win Percentage-
1961- .698
2019- .676
2015- .649
1969- .638
1970- .638
1962- .629
1968- .622
1966- .613

Testifying
I will place a bet with anyone on here that thinks Drake can be a 13 or better seed.
It can be null and void if Drake doesn't get in.

Let me know.
