    Most jobs have requirements for employment (must be 18 years old, have a certain education level, etc). The NFL, NBA and MLB have job requirements to be eligible to work in those leagues.

    Assuming everything you say is true, does that really change the historical comparison of the two programs? Hayden arrived nearly 30 years ago. Iowa certainly had a bad stretch before JHF but they did have an accomplishment or two between then and 1912.
