NCAA to Test Experimental Team Foul Rules During 2017 NIT
Quarters is a horrible idea. IMO they have ruined the women's game. With timeouts, media timeouts, quarter breaks, and the overuse of reviews there is no flow to the game and it has become awful to watch.
