I am lost why the Yankees are now deciding to trade for the NL MVP and looking to buy more top-end pitchers but elected to hire in-experienced Aaron Boone to manage. Sounds like a recipe for disaster: Boone is going to look good when all that talent wins a ton of games, but if they go on a losing skid he has zero excuses.
