I could be one of those that just talks the whole time and shows like two short clips instead of just pairing up the two clips and letting the audience enjoy it.

That is up there with 'rock music playing over the wilderness experience' of things I hate with YT random video watching.
I never have the sound on for media on my phone. I turn it up if something catches my attention. I despise the voiceovers and maniacal laughter as much as the obnoxious music.

While driving home, I spotted a vehicle with Alberta, Canada, plates. Once I got home, decided to pull up Google maps to look at Canadian geography. Good lord, I knew less than I thought I did.

Did you know there was a Canadian territory of Nunavut? And that the three territories are governed differently than the provinces? (Sorry, took the US government courses...had no real interest in Canadian government)

Another 'grinds my gears' thing is people using speaker to talk or listen on their phone in public.

If someone can afford the phone, can't they afford ear buds? And is it too hard to hold it up to the ear?

Not exactly sure.

My wife is the volume 11 phone person. I always enjoy the stares that people give me after looking at her. We have all informed her of the volume button but it doesn't help.

Decorah trip summary. Mabes pizza is overrated good but overrated. Toppling Goliath pizza was my preference. Liked all the beers I tried at Pulpit Rock, and Pivo. Pivo makes a darn good Rueben. The Barrel drive in is worth a stop. W&W dairy store in Waukon has good malts, ice cream, and fresh curds nice and squeaky and salty. Bily clock museum is neat if you are into wood carving. Montauk governor mansion was a nice historical visit. The rest of my time was work.

looking at Boston this summer, where to stay, where not to stay and fun things to do? Who has suggestions?
It was cold and rainy the whole time we were there. :(
There are several harbor cruises that looked cool, but weren't open for business yet (too early in the season).

Heard there is a place that used to be really nice, but is now gang infested. Figure you have to do Fenway and the freedom trail.

The only thing I know about Canada I may have picked up via the Dudley Do-Right character on The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. That and Letterkenny and the McKenzie Brothers. And a lake trip in 1980 where I learned they have an insane amount of mosquitoes.

So - we completed our fifty states on this trip, and decided to add to our provinces/territories visited. We had already been in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. On this trip, we picked up New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Quebec. We just didn't have enough time to do the 8 hour ferry to Newfoundland and Labrador. So we have those two and the three territories (Nunavet, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon) left to visit.

Man I hate when school is out.
I told LittleWx no more electronics for a few hours. No fighting which was great. He went for a quick bike ride, refilled the bird feeders and got down a Little Passports to work on. Wonderful.

Then I walk out into the kitchen to find him GETTING ICE CREAM AT 10:30 IN THE MORNING WITHOUT ASKING
